Manifesting Imagination: A Journey into My Visionary Art

My journey through art is a vibrant exploration of my unique past realities and present perspectives. Visionary art reflects not only my imagination but also delves into my inner psyche, aiming to convey messages, evoke emotions, and spark conversations.

As an emerging Oklahoma visionary artist, my exploration began as a personal quest for expression, later recognized as one of the first twenty in 2023. A couple decades of mixing digital art and photography felt mundane, while all forms of ink led me to a deeper investigation of my consciousness and the collective human experience. There is a profound dialogue between me and my creations; my ink pens and paintbrushes breathe life into silent mixed media paper. After printing on canvas with wood backing, I enhance my work with oils, adding textures, relief and sometimes resin to bring my creations to life.

My artwork uniquely blends the otherworldly with the familiar, using multimedia to evoke curiosity and invite viewers into the essence of my thoughts—even without knowing my exact focus.

As a veteran with over five years of service, I have advocated for my brothers and sisters both locally and nationally, and I strive to do the same in the arts within my state. I aim to challenge conventional views and inspire a shift in awareness of self taught artists.

My creative journey is ongoing, expansive, and my tools are always ready for the next revelation.
